Once defrosted, the muffins should be toasted. This keeps the outside slightly crispy and the inside moist and fluffy. They even have the little nooks and crannies that traditional english muffins have.
Two varieties are available and both are delicious. The traditional version is wonderful by itself or can be used to make mini-pizzas or eggs benedict. The cinnamon-raisin version is perfect with a little butter or even pumpkin butter.

Thanks for the great review Jen! I wanted to add just a couple things. Our English Muffins come in packages of 6 and are fork split so they can go straight from the freezer to the toaster (no need to defrost).
