Udi's at 101 E. 70th Ave in Denver, dedicated GF bakery
Udi's (Ew-deez) is a bakery and cafe company with locations in Denver and the surrounding area. They have been offering gluten-free products, but are now putting a boost in to their gluten-free product line. Denver locals and current fans of their gluten-free products know Udi's for their soft, almost unbelievable bread. The blueberry muffins, lemon streusel muffins, sandwich bread, pizza crust, and cinnamon rolls are the best gluten-free products in the area. The following is from a recent press release,
“We believe in only putting products out there that are exceptional, so this fits in perfectly with the Udi’s brand,” said Udi’s co-CEO Etai Bar-on. “I’m used to people loving our food, but the customer reaction that we’re seeing with the gluten free products takes it to a completely different level. People cry they are so happy.”

The gluten-free products are made from scratch in the small, dedicated gluten-free bakery. Chad White, CMB Director of Product Development, is growing the product line and customer base so quickly that they will be moving to a larger facility soon. Chad is personally interested in creating healthy, safe food for people with food allergies and intolerances. His experience with a good friend with many food allergies inspired him to perfect gluten-free food. The gluten-free products are also dairy, soy, and nut-free. The gluten-free line has also earned its own Gluten-Free Product Ambassador, Dee Valdez, who updates followers on Twitter about Udi's gluten-free product news. The dedicated gluten-free bakery is located at 101 70th Ave in Denver. The gluten-free products are prepared there, and then sent to local King Soopers and Whole Foods stores, and other stores throughout the US.
Udi’s Gluten Free Foods were recently showcased at IDDBA and the Natural Products Expo, and will be featured at next week’s Fancy Food Show in New York City. The products are currently on the shelf, or about to be sold, in Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Utah, Kansas and New Mexico at top grocery chains such as Whole Foods, King Soopers, Vitamin Cottage, Kowalski’s Markets, Lund’s & Byerly’s, United Supermarkets and Central Market.

French Dip from the cafe at the same location
The bakery in Denver also has a cafe where customers can order sandwiches made with Udi's amazing gluten-free bread. Terry Mares, Chef Manager, makes the Au Jus for the French dip, and uses a gluten-free recipe. The combination of tender meat, salty Au Jus, and crunchy toasted French Dip bread make for an excellent lunch.
Currently, the cafe shares a building with the gluten-free bakery. When the gluten-free line moves to the new production facility it will be in a completely gluten-free building.

Thank you.
Our family loves the Udi's gluten free products. We need a store near Cumming, GA that sells Udi's gluten free bread and products. There is one in Atlanta, but it is to far away to go to on a regular basis. Would you distribute Udi's to a Kroger grocery store or nearby nutrition store?
My local Kroger (Wheeling, WV) just received several of the Udi's products. Yummy. Just ask your natural foods section to order them for you--that's what I did.
How 'bout a city/store listing on a website for your products? I live 23 miles east of Pueblo, Colorado and it is just too far to go to the Denver area for a loaf of bread. There is at least one Vitamin Cottage store in Pueblo, however, I did not see your products there yet.
I just tried Udi's gluten-free white bread, and let me tell you folks, it is absolutely amazing -the best bread I have been able to find by far! My 3-year old son has celiac disease, and after so many diseasters in the kitchen I gave up on GF bread, until now!!! I just made grilled ham and cheeze with Udi's bread for him, and it is delish! We need Udi's in Illinois please!
