Gluten-free at Coors Field
Denver Channel 7 news reported today that Aramark, concession food vendor at Coors Field, is opening a gluten-free concession stand! The home of the Colorado Rockies is now gluten-free friendly, with Aramark even offering gluten-free beer. The DenverPost.com article highlighted the gluten-free food being offered, such as burgers, chicken sandwiches, and brownies.
The news has even traveled to Anne Hart, Sacramento Nutrition Examiner, who notes that Rik Kiessling, regional executive chef, was motivated to offer gluten-free concession foods after his diagnosis with celiac disease.
According to the Channel 7 story, the gluten-free concession stand is located behind section 147. Gluten-free game fan can now enjoy a beer with the game! Go Rockies!
