Remember Stouffer's French Bread pizza? I do. I used to eat that stuff all the time. Since having to go on the gluten-free diet, I have really missed French bread pizza. I have finally found a bread worthy of French bread pizza - Everybody Eats Baguette. I did a review of Everybody's Eats gluten-free products here. The one product I had yet to try was the Baguette. Friday night's dinner was then created.

French Bread Pizza - Gluten-free
Everybody Eats Baguette (however much you intend to make - I just made enough for that night)
Prego Three Cheese sauce
Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
Mozzarella Cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut Baguette in half and top with toppings.
3. Place in preheated oven & bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Broil at the end to brown up on top.
Everybody Eats products can now be found at Raisin Rack here in Columbus. The other ingredients should be available in all grocery stores in Columbus.
Enjoy!

Oh this looks like another fab use for this outstanding gluten-free French bread from Everybody Eats! Will try it next weekend myself. Thanks for the great idea...I too use to have a Stouffer's French bread pizza every once in a while. I'm sure this version is better than the original since it's only made from real ingredients.
I can't wait to get more bread from Everybody Eats & make more! :)
Let me know how you like it!
