Glow Gluten-Free cookies are some of the best packaged gluten-free cookies on the market and they can now be found right here in Columbus! Raisin Rack on Schrock Rd. in Westerville is now carrying the cookies.
There are four different varieties of Glow Gluten-Free cookies:
Chocolate Chip – These remind me of Chips Ahoy, which I loved to eat as a child. These are great with a cold glass of milk for dipping.
Snickerdoodle – These have an amazing cinnamon flavor and would be great crumbled over vanilla ice cream.
Double Chocolate- Very chocolately, crunchy & exciting! They wake up your taste buds & would be awesome paired with a glass of merlot.
Gingersnap – Classic gingersnap cookie. These would be great as a pie crust.
Glow Gluten-Free was started by Jill Brack after she & her daughter were diagnosed with Celiac Disease and were longing for their favorite treats.
