P.F. Chang's is getting ready to debut their newly revised gluten-free menu on March 8, 2010. There is a review of P.F. Chang's that can be viewed here. P.F. Chang's has added a number of menu items to the gluten-free menu. Some of those items include:
- Fried Rice - with beef, pork, chicken or shrimp. (added a few months back)
- Beef with Broccoli -Served Cantonese-style, tossed with steamed broccoli.
- Beef a la sichaun - Crispy beef strips with julienne celery and carrots.
- Pepper Steak - Quickly cooked steak with red and green bell peppers, yellow onion, garlic and black pepper.
- Hong Kong Beef with Snow Peas - Tender beef, crisp snow peas and water chestnuts.
- Mongolian Beef - Our signature dish, quickly-cooked with scallions and garlic.
- Dali Chicken -Our spiciest chicken dish served with sliced potatoes and leeks.
The old staples like Singapore Street Noodles, Ginger Chicken with Broccoli & Chang's Spicy Chicken remain on the menu, as does the phenomenal dessert, the Flourless Chocolate Dome.

Glad to hear about the expanding PF Changs menu in March 2010. I visited there around Christmas time and discovered the addition of the fried rice dishes - excellent! I'll be doing a gluten-free dining review the next time we visit; haven't done one from that restaurant yet.
I have yet to try the fried rice, but am very excited to get in there soon & test some new dishes out. :)
I hope they did not take the gluten-free lemon-scallop, rice dish. It's a marvelous dish that tastes wonderful....it would be a shame if they took that meal off their menu......I have a gift card yet to use there and I was planning to purchase that delicous & succulent meal....
YEAH! So excited for this. I think we are going to have our next Gluten Free Get-Together in Milwaukee at P.F. Chang's to see the new menu!

I am looking forward to the sichuan beef! I love the fried rice. It is a huge portion, so ask for a takeout container when your food comes and bring home 1/2. I reviewed their chocolate dome. examiner.com/x-5121-DC-Gluten-Free-Examiner~y2010m1d23-Glutenfree-review-PF-Changs-chocolate-dome
