Holiday Baking Company will begin to offer gluten-free lasagna starting February 24, 2010. The details are as follows:

Three cheese - mozzarella, provolone, and ricotta
small (1 - 2 people) $ 5.25 available frozen daily while supplies last
medium ( 6 - 8 people ) $ 22.50 24 hour pre-order
large ( 16 - 18 people ) $ 49.50 24 hour pre-order
Zucchini, black olive, red onion, and all 3 cheeses
small $ 6.25 available frozen daily while supplies last
medium $ 24.50 24 hour pre-order
large $ 53.50 24 hour pre-order
All lasagna is made from scratch right in the bakery. The lasagna will be frozen for the customers to just take home and bake. Pre-ordering is recommended because daily supplies will only be available as long as they last.
