Kate Gosselin answers viewers questions (AP)
With Jon and Kate plus 8 no longer filming, TLC aired a special with just Kate. The Q&A segment titled "You Ask, Kate Answers" had Gosselin answering a variety of viewer’s questions. See the video below to hear Kate’s answer about remarrying.
With Jon and Kate’s money issues in the news lately one question on a lot of people’s minds was finally asked: was there money put away for the kids that neither parent could touch? Kate’s response:
A healthy amount of money is put away for the kids, and it is safe
It will not be touched other than for education.
Come hell or high water, they will have the opportunity."
When Kate was asked where she saw herself in 10 years her answer made it clear it was a question she had thought a great deal about.
I do not project anymore. Do you blame me?
If I had my choice, myself and my kids in 10 years will be happy, healthy...I would love my TV career thing to be successful. I've found my niche.
I would love not to be alone...but nobody's ever going to buy into my mess, so I probably will be.
But it's OK, I'll just be working hard anyway."
While Kate seems to be determined to stay in television, it is uncertain if the kids will be in any more shows.

What TV career? Since when is letting cameras follow you around in your daily life a career? I hope her TV career isn't successful, because those kids need to get off the cameras and live their lives in private. Thanks for sharing.
Kate is smart to try to follow a career in TV. Love her or hate her, she has that "thing" that draws people to her. Whether we like it or not, she is fascinating to a lot of people. She might as well capitalize on that while she can. It's expensive to raise 8 kids, and I have a feeling that she's going to be the main source of income for her family.
I don't think that the kids were harmed by being on the show, but I do believe that all the negative publicity and resulting media interest since the divorce was announced has, and will continue to be hard on them. For this reason I believe that Kate should keep them off TV and try to go it alone. I wish her luck.
I hope she is a huge success on the talk show with Paula Dean and that she gets frull custody of the kids all of her answers let you see she is thinking about her life as one with the kids where Jon is me, me, me! I hope he loses every offer in front of him and has to sell his expensive car and apartment and even his $400 boots!
I cant stand this woman she is only in this for money. She does not think of the kids. It will hurt them. I would hate to think my mom did this to me and my brothers and sisters. She is all about herself. Jon however is no better. These two people are just plain inmature. They both need growing up to do, She did treat him like crap. I do not think she will make it into show biz for long people are getting sick of her and in time so will the rest of her fans.
