Andy Dick arrested for sexual assault again (AP)
Comedian Andy Dick (aka Andrew R. Dick) was busted for sexual assault (in the first degree) twice – and both times victims were guys.
The alleged incident took place around 4 a.m. today at Rum Runners bar in Huntington, West. Virginia. Dick was in the area because he was performing at the local comedy club, The Funny Bone.
According to the criminal complaint obtained by TMZ:
While inside “Rum Runners” 819 3rd Avenue Huntington Cabell Co., the victim Justin (last name blacked out) was speaking with the defendant.
When the defendant (unexpectedly and without invitation) grabbed the victim’s crotch repeatedly groping and then kissing him.
The incident was witnesses by the victim’s girlfriend Wendy (last named blacked out)”
There is a second report filed against Dick by the Bouncer’s (Phillip) at the same Bar. According to that complaint, Dick "grabbed the victim’s crouch and began laughing” when he was asked to wear a wrist band.
Dick was with The Funny Bone’s owner (Tom Schaefer) when the alleged incidents happen. Schaefer claims that the allegations against the comedian are false stating, “We were at Rum Runners for literally 10 minutes. Nothing happened there except walking through the door and sitting at the bar.”
This is not the first time Dick has had trouble keeping his hands to himself. After repeatedly touching Ivanka Trump, he was forcefully removed from Jimmy Kimmel Live. See Dick's removal in the video below.
Back in 2008, Dick approached a 17-year-old girl outside a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and, "grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts." The "extremely intoxicated" Dick had marijuana and Xanax in his possession when police arrested him.
