An ambulance responded to Tiger Woods home after a 2:35 a.m. 911 call was placed. Wood’s mother-in-law, Barbro Holmberg was taken to Health Central Hospital in nearby city of Ocoee. Holmberg, 57 was apparently having stomach pains which prompted the call
Her daughter Elin Nordegren arrived at the hospital shortly after the ambulance. After being evaluated Holmberg was considered to be in stable condition and released.
According to Orlando’s WESH-TV
Dispatchers received a call from the home at 2:36 a.m. A radio log showed Holmberg was transported to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee. The log stated she was an advanced life support patient. Earlier reports stated the woman initially refused transport, but authorities with Orange County said it was a mistake in the log.
Holmberg was admitted to the hospital with stomach pains and was listed in stable condition, Health Central Director of Marketing Dan Yates said.
Barbro Holmberg, who is the governor of Gavleborg County in Sweden, is in the states to be with her daughter while Tiger’s discrepancies continue to be brought to light. While reports that Elin has moved out of the family home has yet to be verified, she did just recently purchase a home in Sweden.
