Per Se S/S 09
One beautiful morning in late April I had the pleasure to meet with one of DC’s top personal stylist, Lana Orloff. Lana was the personal stylist showcasing the Per Se and Carlisle Spring/Summer 2009 Collection for appointment only clients. The Trunk Show was held in a gorgeous hotel suite in downtown DC’s Willard Intercontinental Hotel. The moment I stepped in the suite where the Trunk Show was held I was impressed by the feel of the hotel, the luxurious garments that seemed to fill every corner of the entire suite to Lana’s lovely personality.
I was ready to start my interview when I was told by an assistant to please wait while Lana finished up with a client. As I sat patiently I was in awe as I watched Lana translate so elegantly to a client in Moscow via Skype. Once Lana finished she sat with me and the interview began. I asked her if she could describe the Per Se and Carlisle S/S 09 Collection how would you describe them. Lana’s response was to the point and on point. She described the collections as exciting, feminine and timelessly chic and I could not agree with her more.
The collections in my opinion is fun, sophisticated and a look of opulence. Both collections cater to woman of most sizes ranging from petite to plus size for the woman of 25 - 75 and is diverse for any occasion from work, casual chic to cocktail.
