I walked pass a woman with the brightest orange blush on the other day. Not only was it bright but it looked as if she put it on and walked right out of the house. I wanted to pull her aside, blend her blush correctly and send her on her way. Never buy blush (of any color) because it looks pretty in the package or because you think that you have the skin tone for it. When it comes to blush in this case orange blush, opt for the warmest shade. The science of it is simple, after you apply your blush blend blend blend! Blending gives you a radiant balanced and airbrushed (well blended) look not a look of hello I have on blush.
After trial and error and trying out various brands of orange blush to my surprise nothing compares to Soft Honey by Black Radiance. Black Radiance is a quality and budget savvy drug store cosmetic line. However, I advise that you consult with a beauty advisor or do your research before trying out drug store brand cosmetics to avoid skin irritations and/or a waste of money. Orange is a shade that can be worn by the lightest to darkest of skin tones. For best results opt for the warmest shade and blend.
