Lisa Von App lives in Salt Lake City with her three children. Her gifted son is in the elementary magnet program, which comprises the top academic one percent of the students in the school district. Lisa has a master's degree in communications from Westminster College, and she serves on the Executive Board of the Utah Association for Gifted Children as Vice President of Publications.
