This appears to be the evidence that corroborates yesterday’s rumor that Apple has just flat out canceled the white iPhone 4. For those just joining us, the white iPhone 4 has had a wild ride these past few days.
First, it appeared that it would finally be coming out when Apple’s updated Apple Store application featured it in the ‘Reserve Products’ section. Many of you were probably fired up and ready to purchase the unicorn of smartphones.
Then, the bad news struck.
Apple released a statement saying:
We’re sorry to disappoint customers waiting for the white iPhone yet again, but we’ve decided to delay its release until this Spring.
OK, so a few months of waiting.
Then, even more bad news.
A source claimed that Apple has already flat out canceled the white iPhone 4 in favor of the release of the iPhone 5 next year. Apparently, Apple will issue another “delay” in March which will lead us into the new iPhone’s release.
There wasn’t much evidence to support this, other than a source’s word, well that is until today when it was discovered that Apple pulled the white iPhone 4 from its usual resting place on Apple’s website.
It has vanished and it appears all but dead.
Those of you who held out hope should be looking in other directions because it appears that the white iPhone 4 is never going to be hitting the shelves.
Sad.

I waited four months in the hopes of getting a white iPhone 4 and they just delay it and delay it and then CANCEL it!!!! Apple should be ashamed if themselves!! This makes me want to switch to a blackberry!! :(
