This was not like shopping more like a riot at the Wal-Mart on Zaragosa in El Paso. The biggest day for sales of the year but these were the ingredients of a terrorist attack. Police everywhere, pushing, shoving, people fighting, pallets full of merchandise falling on customers and this was at 4:45 a.m. The sales were not available until 5 am and the cops were pulling products from people's carts, to the best of their abilities, before sales time in an attempt to avoid more violence.
As many people began shopping at 5 a.m., the noise was like a jet engine. This was a day of joy for many gadgets and tech fans. Zaragosa's Wal-Mart had about a mile long line for electronic's sales at the 5 a.m. start of Black Friday. The carts were filled with ipod specials and televisions. Only two 25" screen T.V.'s will fill those carts. Hard drives and eMachines were sold out quickly as well. Unbelievable is the only word for the mad house at Zaragosa.
This was an event like no other and there should be many satisfied tech and gadgets fans. There were many other places doing Black Friday but none quite like that at Zaragosa. Retail sales were threw the roof as the commonality was to fill the cart as one customer described because, "Everyone was doing it." The scene of mayhem will continue until 1 p.m. and that is when it should be best to hit up the electronic section where the line was growing fast this morning.
Questions or Comment? Where did you shop door busters in El Paso? Were you at Zaragosa Wal- Mart?

I think it is a mistake for people to battle it out in the stores. The better discounts are online where the companies can keep the costs down because of less overhead. Plus, you get to avoid things like the traffic, finding a parking space. Heck, these days you have to worry about being trampled. All this is so unnecessary know with online shopping. Don't know why everyone is not doing it.

I agree with that John, online shopping is nice and the nightmare Black Friday has become is unnecessary indeed. Thanks
