Veteran's Day
To thank our military, past and present, many stores are offering their appreciation with some type of a free offer for our veterans and current military personnel.
- Applebees is offering a Veterans and active military their choice of six entrees on November 11, 2009. Available during normal business hours. Dine in only.
- Outback Steakhouse is offering a FREE Bloomin Onion and Beverage for all veterans and active duty on November 11, 2009.
- Sam's Club is offering 25,000 free Hugo Walking Canes to military veterans in need on November 11, 2009.
- Golden Corral will be offering will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 5pm to 9pm at all Golden Corral Restaurants nationwide. If you are a veteran, retired, or currently serving in the National Guard or Reserves, you are eligible for a free dinner meal as a thank you.
- Uno's Chicago Grille is offering a free entree or individual pizza with the purchase of a entree or individual pizza on November 11, 2009.
- Krispy Kreme is offering a free doughnut of any variety for veterans and active duty on November 11, 2009.

Wow, some really generous establishments. Thanks for the links, it's nice to know someone is doing something for the veterans. Underappreciated they definatly are.
