Chef Tad Cousino is owner and executive chef of Frog Leg Inn in Erie, Michigan. His career as a chef spans 20+ years. His degree in culinary/hospitality management from Owens Technical College has taken his to such restaurants as The Real Seafood Co., The Inverness Golf & Country Club, and The Skyline Club in downtown Toledo. As a classically trained chef, his knowledge of sauce creation is unparalleled in the industry. His restaurant has received two five-star reviews in The Toledo Blade, as well as reviews in The Detroit News and Detroit Free Press. His wife Catherine, a native of France, is also a valuable resource as a culinary graduate of Ecole Hotelliere D'Orchies.
