Head down to the Seattle Center this weekend for the Bite of Seattle 2009. The festival hours are July 17 & 18, 11am - 9pm and July 19, 11am - 8pm. Not only is admission free, but there is plenty of other free stuff to be found at this must do summer event.
Free entertainment abounds with 7 outdoor stages featuring local and national talent, cooking demonstrations by some of Seattle's finest chefs and a comedy club for the 21+ crowd.
Enjoy 3 days of family friendly skateboarding fun at the Bite This! event at the Seattle Center Skate Park. Free open skates, demos, clinics, contests and giveaways are planned.
Kids will find plenty to do at the Bite of Seattle's Family Fun Zone. Interactive games, kids karaoke and various entertainment acts will be featured.
Several free samples can be found throughout the festival, including beauty products from Votre Vu, Greek yogurt product samples from The Greek Gods and more.
For those that can't get their fill from the free food samples, there will be plenty of food for sale. New this year are smaller portions at smaller prices in the Just a Bite! selections.
