• Benihana sends a complimentary Benihana Birthday Gift Certificate valued up to $30 that can be used during  the month of your birthday. You must sign up for The Chef's Table email club to be eligible.
• Buca di Beppo offers a free birthday dessert to those who sign up for the Buca di Beppo eClub.
• Burgermaster has a birthday club children 12 and under can sign up for to receive a free Kiddie Combo offer. Sign up at participating Burgermaster locations.
• Chinoise Sushi Bar & Asian Grill gives a buy-one-get- one-free voucher for a dinner entree or sushi combo valued up to $15. You must register for the Birthday & Anniversary Club.
• Cold Stone Creamery helps you celebrate your birthday by sending  an email offer good for a free ice cream creation. Sign up online for the Birthday Club to be eligible.
• Dukes Chowder House gives 2 free dinners to those who sign up for Duke's Email Club. You get one free lunch or dinner on your birthday and a buy-one-get-one-free lunch or dinner offer just for signing up. In addition, refer your friends and get a free cup of chowder for every friend that signs up for Duke's Email Club.
• Ivar's offers an exclusive club for those 55 years young and older called the Carte Clam Club. Members receive special offers in addition to a free birthday entree valued up to $20 with the purchase of another entree of equal or greater value. Fill out an application to join at any participating Ivar's location.
• Lombardi's has a birthday club you can join to receive a complimentary entree during your birthday month with the purchase of another entree. Join the Lombardi's Birthday Club online.
• Ray's Cafe offers select free lunch entrees on their Birthday Lunch Menu from 11:30am - 3:30pm everyday. You must dine on the date of your birthday  to receive the free lunch entree. ID is required.
• Red Robin gives a free burger on your birthday to those who sign up for the Red Robin eClub.
• The Ram Restaurant & Brewery offers a free Mile High Mud Pie on your birthday if you sign up for The Ram MVP Club.
• Salty's join Salty's private email list
• Seattle Space Needle Sky City Restaurant sends special offers to members of it's Celebration Club. It's free to join and several offers are sent throughout the year including for your birthday and anniversary.
• Washington State History Museum Free admission to guests who visit  on their birthday. Offer is only good on day of guest's birthday. If your birthday falls on a day the Museum is closed, offer is good only on the immediate following day the Museum is open. If over age 21, ID may be required.
