Donna, is an obsessed foodie. She's owned and operated two wholesale/retail bakeries, a large catering company, decorated hundreds of wedding cakes, and is a self-professed food critic. An avid food blogger, she has been baking, cooking, photographing, and writing about it for years. Currently living on a 40-foot sailboat as a galley slave without her 10 burner restaurant stove and 30 quart mixer, Donna, a former caterer and pastry chef, needed an outlet for her creativity. She fell into food writing as a result of severe creative withdrawal.
