Vadim Kagan started writing about food at age 6, with a poem about cheese. Since that time, food and writing always were high on his list of favorites. After moving from St. Petersburg (Russia) to Maryland in the 80s, Vadim discovered a whole new universe of exotic foods, exciting restaurants and amazing gadgets - which he's been exploring ever since.
