Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Pie Recipe: non-alcoholic

Barcardi Mixers and Cool Whip team up to make an easy non-alcoholic Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Pie. Totally refreshing and oh, so easy -  summer isn't over yet. Get your pie on!

  • Don't you just love a frozen Margarita or Pina Colada? Barcardi Mixers come in a variety of non-alcoholic flavors to transform your favorite cocktails into frozen confections, in this case a Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri. Look for these summer flavors in your supermarket freezer:
  • Bacardi Mixers: Frozen Concentrate Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Daiquiri
  • Bacardi Mixers Frozen Concentrate Non-Alcoholic Pina Colada
  • Bacardi Mixers Frozen Margarita Mix Concentrate

 

Frozen Pie Tips

  • Barcardi Mixers come in 10 ounce cans. You won't be needing all of this for your pie. Measure out what you need, then add the rest ot your cocktail glass! Make sure to keep the Strawberry Daiquiri mix frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw it first.
  • Keep the Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk chilled in the fridge and use cold.
  • If you don't have time to make your own graham cracker crust, buy a store bought crust and make life a little easier!
  • Make two pies - one for now, one for later. They freeze great!

 

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

  • 1 - 9 inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust, baked
  • 1 - 12 ounce tub Cool Whip, thaw it first
  • 1 - 14 ounce can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated, cold
  • 3/4 cup frozen Bacardi Mixers Frozen Concentrate Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Daiquiri, do not thaw
  • 8  perfect medium fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulls on
  • 8 of those cute little cocktail umbrellas!

 

How To Make a Non-alcoholic Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

  • Fold Cool Whip and cold sweetened condensed milk together in a medium size bowl.
  • Mix in frozen Strawberry Daiquiri concentrate, and blend well.
  • Working quickly, pour into prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 4 hours. Overnight is better.
  • When ready to serve, remove wrap and slice into 8 pieces. Plate the pie wedges, decorating each slice with a whole strawberry, sliced and fanned out, add a colorful cocktail umbrella and serve!
  • Cover and freeze any leftovers. Serves 8.
