Frozen Peach Yogurt Pie Recipe
- 1 - 9 inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust, baked
- 2 - 8 ounce containers peach yogurt with the fruit on the bottom
- 1 - 12 ounce tub Cool Whip, thaw first
- 1 1/2 cups chopped peaches, fresh (peeled and pitted), frozen or canned (drain canned peaches first)
How To Make a Frozen Yogurt Pie
- Be sure to peel and pit fresh ripe peaches first. There's no need to thaw frozen peaches, but if you do, drain them before using.
- Blend yogurt and Cool Whip together. Fold chopped and drained peaches into the yogurt, and pour into the graham cracker crust. Swirl it around for effect!
- Freeze the Peach Yogurt Pie for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from freezer about 15 minutes serving to make it easier to slice.
- Garnish with fresh fruit, slice and serve.
- Cover leftovers and keep frozen.
- Yields 6-8 servings.
