Easy recipe for no bake chocolate treats

No need to turn on the oven to make these simple yet totally delicious no bake chocolate treats.

These easy recipe by Martha Stewart makes 2 dozen chocolate treats. If you need more than 2 dozen, just double or triple the recipe!

Ingredients to make no bake chocolate treats

4 tablespoons butter
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 bag (10 ounces) mini marshmallows
6 cups rice cereal
3/4 cup peanut butter chips
nonstick cooking spray

Directions to make no bake chocolate treats

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a deep saucepan over low heat for about 4 minutes.  Add 1 bag (10 ounces) mini marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until melted.  Add 8 ounces semisweet chocolate and cook, stirring constantly, until melted.

Remove from heat. Quickly fold in 6 cups rice cereal and 3/4 cup peanut butter chips until evenly distributed. Coat a 1/4-cup dry measuring cup with nonstick cooking spray; scoop mixture onto waxed paper, forming clusters.  Let set, about 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to several days.
