Maura's obsession with all things food related has taken her all over, from finding quick, healthy, weeknight meals, to reading about the nuanced differences of Osetra and Sevruga Caviar. She has been influenced by the work of many chefs, culinary misfits like Anthony Bourdain to The French Master, Auguste Escoffier.
