UFood isn't all that healthy. As one of many examples, their burger has more calories than a McDonald's Quarter pounder.
You are correct foodie! The Mcdonalds quarter pounder has 410 calories and the Ufood beef burgers start at 519 and up but that does not make Ufood not a healthy option for other lunch choices since they do offer a variety of smoothies, salads, sandwiches, grilled entrees all for around 300 calories (like the honey mustard chicken or the turkey medallions), PLUS very healthy sides like steamed veggies, brown rice, and baked fries.
