Pardon me if I seem giddy, but I find this torrontés positively superb, and I admit that I've fallen deeply in love with the torrontés varietal. The new joke is that I'm going on vacation to Argentina so I can get up close and personal with this grape that I adore. Even though my most favorite torrontés to date is the Santa Ana Reserve that is no longer available in Pennsylvania, I must give this Zolo mad props.
Zolo has a stunning floral and citrus aroma that makes you feel instantly revived. The taste is full of lime, apple and pear, but without the sugary sweetness. Also note the fresh herb notes followed by a crisp and clean finish. Truly delightful, and the price is outstanding.
After checking the PLCB's online product search, I'd suggest that you act fast to grab this Chairman's Selection wine. In fact, my search showed that the only Harrisburg-area state store that still has a significant stock of Zolo is the one on Market St. in downtown Harrisburg. Otherwise be prepared to trek across the state for this gem.

You can go to any PA LCB store and request this wine. They will call the store that has the wine in stock. Then have the wine sent to the requesting store. When the wine arrives, they will call you and you can come by to pay and pick up. Takes about a month though:(
Thanks for the tip, piko! I'll have to try it out.
They now charge you a U.P.S. fee of $5 to have a bottle transfered from another store, so that this is hardly an option.
