Exercise is Medicine has made the full series of
"Your Prescription for Health" available - great
exercise advice.
On October 22, Exercise in Medicine announced that it has made available the full release of "Your Prescription for Health."
The full series consists of 40 fliers about safe and beneficial exercise for people with the most common chronic health problems such as arthritis, anxiety, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis and diabetes. Other fliers provide guidance following a heart attack and various surgeries.
These fliers provide a great benefit to anyone who works in fitness and wants to provide advice to clients, or to consumers who want to be better informed about what exercise is right for them.
Exercise in Medicine is a global initiative, a project of the American College of Sports Medicine, that works with health care and fitness providers, as well as consumers, to incorporate exercise in the treatment and prevention of disease.
