Go Ryan Briscoe - Indy Car driver is truly a nice guy - can he finish first?

Let's take a minute to check out the charming Ryan Briscoe (Team Penske),

Born September 24,1981 in Sydney, Astralia, he is 5'7", 150  pounds.  He maintains a home in Mooresville,  North Carolina by Lake Norman, and is an avid outdoor fan.

Like all the drivers, he stays fit through extensive training, but in addition to his workouts, he also takes part in official competitions (we assume that is out of racing season) for running, cycling, swimming or all the above.  Marathons, half-marathons, triathlons...he is keenly competitive.

That love of water sports, tennis and golf doesn't seem to get in his way when it comes to manuevering in a race car though. 

On his website, Briscoe talks about his training with Dr. Riccardo Ceccarelli, and how he is learning how to use dietary and mental training to improve his on-track performance.  He also says,

"When I made the step from Karting [Briscoe was a successful go-kart racer in Australia] to Open Wheel cars towards the end of 2000 I moved to Viareggio, Italy, the hometown of Dr Riccardo Ceccarelli and Formula Medicine.  

"I had trackside Formula Medicine assistance at all my races and until the end of 2004 I lived full time in Viareggio where going to Formula Medicine twice a day became a part of my usual daily schedule."
