Fitness July 11,12: Livestrong Challenge San Jose, Avon Walk, history hike and more

Don't sit inside and be gloomy this weekend.  Head out to San Francisco to cheer on the Avon walkers, or take a place along the 100-mile biking route for the Livestrong Challenge and cheer the bikers on.
