Nyra is a 39 year old wife and mother of two young children. In addition to taking care of her family, she works full time and understands that it can be difficult to fit health and fitness into ones daily lifestyle. Nyra always had a goal to compete in a figure competition and achieved this by competing for the first time in October 2008. Nyra finally has a handle on her weight loss and fitness goals.
