Donny Osmond’s trainer has fitness success with local athletes as well.

Leading Las Vegas fitness trainer, Adam Gentz, is committed to his clients focusing on overall personal improvement through consistent conditioning and proper nutrition. Gentz’ proven strategy is to customize programs to specific individual needs. This has resulted in overwhelming success such as with client Donny Osmond’s recent win on the hot ABC reality show, Dancing with the Stars.

Gentz once served as head athletic trainer at Green Valley High School in Henderson, NV developing speed and agility camps for their baseball, soccer, and volleyball teams.  His training resulted in the Green Valley High School baseball team winning the State Championship.   More recently, Gentz helped coach the Green Valley High School volleyball team place 2nd in the State.   While working with GVHS sports he simultaneously offered personal training services at Club Sport in Green Valley, winning 'Personal Trainer of the Year' (2001). 

Gentz currently works independently with his both his personal training and coaching business conducting speed and agility camps for athletes of all sports.  He trains athletes of all ages and levels including athletes as young as five all the way to the professionals.

Gentz earned his M.S. in Exercise and Sports Science-Human Performance and his B.S. in Athletic Training. He’s completed internships with Major League Baseball’s Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros.
