Spoiler Alert! The winner of 1/4 million dollars is....

America voted between Amanda and Liz. One of whom would join Rudy and Danny.  Amanda walked on looking so markedly different than on day one she has to be an inspiration to viewers. Liz also came on looking remarkable.

Which one joined Rudy and Danny? 19-year old Amanda, having been on the show last season, got the chance to win the money.

Former contestants came on one by one - totally transformed. Sean and his wife named their new baby, Julian. Julio is fit by 40. Alexandra and Antoine found love.

Jillian and Bob come on the show and the former contestants weigh in to see who will win $100,000.

  • Alexandra went from 309 pounds to 218 pounds with a 29.45% weight loss.
  • Antoine went from 367 to 215 pounds with a 41.42% of weight loss.
  • Sean went from 444 pounds to 289 pounds.
  • Julio went from 407 pounds to 227 pounds with a 44.23% weight loss.

Coach Mo came on followed by Dina, Abby (whose husband and two young children died in a car accident 2 1/2 years ago),  and Tracey.

  • Coach Mo went from 355 pounds to 263 pounds with a 25.9% weight loss.
  • Dina went from 253 pounds to 174 pounds with a 31.24% weight loss.
  • Abby went from 247 pounds to 147 with a 40.49% weight loss.
  • Tracey went from 250 pounds to 132 pounds with over a 47% weight loss putting her in first place.

Shay, the heaviest player ever, showed up in the next group followed by Daniel, Rebecca,  Alan, and Liz.

  • Shay went from 476 to 304 pounds with a weight loss of over 33%.
  • Daniel started (and this was the 2nd time on) at 454 pounds and weighed in at 312 pounds  at the start of this season. He is now 201 pounds with a weight loss of over 35%.
  • Rebecca went from 279 pounds to 140 pounds with over a 49% weight loss putting her in first place.
  • Alan went from 325 pounds to 209 pounds with more than a 35% weight loss.
  • Liz went from 267 pounds 176 pounds.

Rebecca won $100,000!

Shay is coming back for the season nine finale. For every pound Shay loses Subway will give Shay $1,000. In May, 2010, Shay could win $100,000 by getting down to 204 pounds. What a great story.

Finally, the finale!

But wait, Antoine got down on a knee and asked Alexandra to marry him. She said yes.

  • Amanda started the weigh- in showing us that she started at 250 pounds and is now 163 with a weight loss of 34.8%.
  • Rudy, the Brooklyn, CT, contestant,  was next with a starting weight of 442 pounds. He is now at 208 pounds for a 52.94% weight loss. He has lost 234 pounds!
  • Danny started at 430 pounds. He now weighs 191 pounds making him the Biggest Loser. Congratulations, Danny. You look fantastic.

Try wearing wearable weights like “Body Togs” anatomically designed weighted sleeves worn on your arms & legs under your clothes. Put them on in the morning and you literally forget you have them on while increasing your calorie burn, muscle tone & bone density! Weighted vests work great too!

Rebecca looked great, but that new hair-do...not so much. Loved the short dress though.
