There is no doubt that Michael Jackson was talented. At one point in his life one might have called him fit. By the time he died at age 50 it seems he weighed 112 pounds standing 5' 10" tall.
His mom mentioned that he was working out like a fighter getting ready for his upcoming 50 day London tour. His trainer was
Lou Ferrigno. The name might sound familiar because he was the star of The Incredible Hulk. Ferrigno thought that Jackson looked great at the end of May which is when Ferrigno saw Jackson last. Ferrigno is a body building champion with many titles under his belt who had trained Jackson over the last 15 years.
“When I saw him, he was not frail,” Ferrigno, 57, told CNN’s “Larry King Live” on Monday night, adding, “He seemed fine, alert, no pain at all.”
