Bored with your New Years resolution yet? Spice up your routine with day 2 of our fat blasting workout routine. Get day 1 here! This routine is an advanced strength training routine that has been designed to burn fat while toning up your entire body.
Who should do this workout?
Designed by Revolution Fitness CPT and Body Evolver founder, Mike D'Angelo, this program is a two day split. It's ideal for someone who has at least 3-4 days to dedicate to strength training. It's also perfect for cardio junkies looking to lose weight!
Start with a warm up until you break a sweat, which will be about 5-10 minutes on a cardio machine or dynamic stretching. Do each move for 12-20 reps each, moving from one exercise to the next within each circuit. One you have completed all 4 exercises in circuit 1, repeat the first four exercises 1-2 more times. One you have completed the two-three sets, move on to circuit 2, and then 3.

Hey Sarah! U pretty much say- do these 2 days of routines and it'll work wonders, but then I figured that to get ur crazy toned body (!!!) it can't possibly be just that. so then i read that u also did 3 days of 50 min cardio!! 2 days of yoga!!! and not 2 days of these routines but 4!!! girl, anybody who trains this hard can get a rock hard body, but here u make it seem like just 2 days and ur done- so I think it's kinda missleading, sorry, unless u'll prove me wrong!
