
Ali Sweeney is the host but also a weight loss champion of Biggest Loser
On last night's Biggest Loser, Allison Sweeney looked stunning, Bob Harper drooled over The White House diet and that girl, Tracey, no one really liked got kicked off. Fit and thin, Sweeney stole the show for once, looking far from recently giving birth to her second child.
What's her diet secret?
In addition to being surrounded by inspiration on daily basis, Sweeney is a spokeswoman for EA Sports Active, a Ninentdo Wii fitness game. Between the advice she overhears and sees on the Biggest Loser, and serving her spokeswoman duties, this girl is bound to shed unwanted pounds.
She also is reportedly in the works of writing her own diet book called, The Mommy Diet.
The Mommy Diet is a guide to looking and feeling fantastic before, during, and after pregnancy which combines diet, nutrition, and self-care for women to follow. October 2010 is the scheduled publication date for the book.
"Having two kids of my own, I am one of millions of women facing the challenge of balancing motherhood with a career, not to mention trying to find time for ourselves. That's why I'm excited for this book; to share the tricks I've learned and the advice that experts taught me along the way to give insight into how to care for yourself when every instinct is to first take care of others," Sweeney said.
By looks of last night, Sweeney is definitely making herself the selling point for The Mommy Diet.
Bob Harper wants to squeeze the Obama's
In the White House garden, the group picked fresh vegetables and made a salad that cost around $12 and fed the losers, trainers and host. Bob acted like little boy in a candy shop. Asking questions left and right, looking generally very interested and fascinated. According the chef, the president loves broccoli and pretty much everything green. Sasha and Malia are also notably good eaters when it comes to getting their veggies. Bob loved all this insider scoop and told cameras, "I just want to squeeze them."
