Dana Lawrence has been working in fitness for more than six years. Her first fitness position was at Fitness Quest in 2004, where she served as a receptionist. Shortly thereafter, she attended Northern Virginia Community College where she earned a certification in Fitness Education and completed a three-month internship while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Her passion for working with people and seeing them strive to meet their fitness goals inspired her to start Fit2Be, LLC., a health and fitness company that focuses on providing fitness support and wellness services.
