Stephanie has a Ph.D. in psychology from Texas A&M University. She is also a master gardener and woodworker. Sharing her life with at least one dog since the age of 4, and her home with dogs as soon as she reached graduate school, Stephanie has participated in obedience, hunting tests, dog rescue, therapy dog visitations and just plain loving with her dogs. Currently, she lives with a standard poodle, Amber, who is her hearing and mobility assistance dog, and an Australian cattle dog, Sandy.
