Alison McKay is a creative writer who has written a few short plays, including Nightmare Date, of which was directed by her sister Anne and performed onstage in a small New York theater. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in psychology and art history. She is currently attending Pima Medical Institute in Tucson to earn her certificate as a veterinary assistant and works as an art model for painting and life drawing.
