Ken Lamug's photography isn't posed or pretty. Sometimes it's downright ugly. But it can also be beautiful, inspiring and surprising. That's because Lamug is the latest in a line of photographers who train their lenses on life as it happens – unrehearsed, unplanned and unpredictable. Known as "street photography," this kamikaze style of camera art documents the "human drama in public space," Lamug says.
Lamug's black and white street photography will be on display along with that of former Las Vegas Review-Journal photographer Tom Jones IV in a "Beyond the Neon: Street Exposures," a new exhibit running Nov. 6 through Dec. 16 at the Image Gallery inside the Telecommunication Building on the College of Southern Nevada Cheyenne Campus (3200 E.
