"Yes," according their Facebook page, "if we can get enough donations in the next couple of hours."

School budgets fall. Art classes ebb. How do we react?

Denver Public Art University, as the umbrella institution is called, is powered by public financial donations and corporate partnerships. Google, for one, has donated over $50,000 worth of software to the project.

The university, which will be open and free to the world, will be hosted at http://dpau.org.
