Have you seen this robot?

Chicago Fine Arts Examiner
An anonymous street artist has been baffling the country with stick renditions of robots. These paintings appear most frequently on pavement in the middle of crosswalks. Created most likely with scraps of plastic, metal and/or cloth, this robot has traveled all over the country. Reports of sightings have popped up from coast to coast; Philadelphia to Boston to Hollywood. Now, he can be seen in Chicago.
Unsure exactly what to make of this street art, the public (if they choose to give stickman a second look) have developed a fondness for him. He is making an appearance in blogs, news articles and internet photo posting sites.
Who is this robotic stickman and why is he here? Who is his true creator? What does his forlorn expression mean?
With endless questions, whoever the artist is, he/she is a success in turning the nation’s attention to the street.

I have been on a "Pokemon-esque" quest to "Catch 'em All" since I saw my first Stikman in Chicago. I've posted 14 of the 16 I have found thus far to my blog: nerdaverse.com. I love these little guys!
My family first saw these on a trip to DC. Glad they made it here!
I took a picture of one in Chicago, but I saw several when I was there last year. :)
I took a picture of one on the corner of Franklin and Adams in Chicago, after I saw one in Seattle near the Spaceneedle!
