Garrison Wells is a Denver-based investigative journalist, writer and investigator. He was written for The Denver Business Journal, Denver Post and Douglas County News-Press. He has won awards for editing, writing, layout and newsroom management while toiling for Gannett, McClatchy, Knight-Ridder and Newhouse - including the esteemed Morton Margolin Prize from the University of Denver. He also won an American Eagle for top investigative story of the year for the American City Business Journals chain.
