Representatives from the camps of Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather will stage a final meeting on Tuesday to discuss a number of issues. Chief among them is Golden Boy's stake in Manny Pacquiao and the drug testing issue stopping the big fight from happening.
As far as the pair meeting in March, this is probably a last chance saloon for the two sides to reach an agreement. After all for the biggest fight in either man's career they will need a decent amount of time to train and strategize.
And before anyone asks, yes the obligatory chest thumping has already been started by both sides regarding the talks. Top Rank and Pacquiao already have a number of alternative opponents on stand by, with Yuri Foreman being the most heavily favored. Golden Boy and Mayweather apparently think that their testing demands will eventually be agreed to. Speaking to FanHouse, Mayweather advisor Leonard Ellerbe said:
"I just think that at the end of the day, Manny Pacquiao will put his country on his back and eventually step up to the plate and agree to the random blood and urine testing. Because there is nothing out there that could do that could remotely come close to being involved in the biggest fight in the history of the sport," "Manny has surrounded himself with some very intelligent people, and I can't imagine guys like Michael Koncz and Freddie Roach advising him against doing that.?
Hopefully Golden Boy aren't going into the meeting with this attitude otherwise they might well leave empty handed. Egos will need to checked at the door if both sides want any progress to be made, and both going into the meeting expecting the other side to have caved in will only end with another stalemate.
The problem so far is that both sides have simply refused to budge on their demands, and the longer Mayweather insists on his testing demands, the more he's going to aggravate and alienate Pacquiao and Top Rank. There are already rumors of Top Rank now demanding a public apology from Mayweather for the fight to go ahead, and this is probably only the tip of the iceberg. Golden Boy might also insist that Pacquiao drops his lawsuit for the fight to go ahead, and before anyone knows it, the fight is called off.

If Golden Boy asks to drop the case, I would go tell them to Fak themselves. Whether the fight is on or off, the case is on. Everyone of them needs to apologize publicly, remove this Olypic-style testing Bu11sh!t and sign the f0king contract, then maybe we'll "THINK" of dropping the case. Yeah, yeah the case might take a long time and might involve a lot of money on both sides, but why the fak do you guys care? It's not your money. We're talking about Principle, Dignity and Legacy. Floyd is right when he said "Legacy Don't Pay Bills". Because after we're done with him, his "Legacy" literaly won't be able to pay his bills.

If the fight must go on, it should be governed by NSAC existing rules and regulations, minus drug testing which should be better addressed during the litigation of the defamation suit. Otherwise, the Pacman does not need this fight. He does not need Pompous MonGloyd to prove his position as Super World Champion. Just think about the physical mismatch already favoring MonGloyd Chichenweather in terms of height, built and reach, not to mention his spitfire mouth! The random blood testing is a conspiracy to duplicate the Morales Strategy where Pacman suffered a beating. I'm just wondering, why don't they agree on the post fight test for Manny and have him penalized IF(which i think will NOT happen though)he gets + of PEDs. After all, PBF is going to fight a 1 dimensional fighter(chuckles). I agree with one comment that this is just a plain harassment by the weathers' to gain advantage from the fight. If PBF's really confident that Manny can scratch him with his defense, then forget about the rumor and let's get it on! Beside, who wants to believe on the claim of FM Sr.? Anyone? As before, NSAC itself is not immune to corruption as the case of how Manny was manipulated into getting that blood drawn from him two days before the first fight with Morales. It should be expressly stipulated on the contract, the safeguards, no matter which agency will handle the test. I say, dump the fight altogether and watch how the blood sucking parasites gasp in horror how Manny can let go of such obscene amount of cash involved. Come to think of it, we can already see the obscenity of those who are too much concerned with the dollars that will be lost if the fight will not push through. What say you bob?

For Loyd, being undefeated is very important to him, and i believed he (floyd) is not really concerned about drugs he is really concerned about losing.
USADA is to the Olympics as Boxing Commission to pro boxing. But, if Boxing Commission would decide an outside testing, I would prefer the UCLA Olympic Analytical Laboratory headed by Dr. Don Catlin instead of USADA. His record speaks for himself.
In Nov. 2009, (Newsweek) Graham's decision to send a syringe containing the substance to the USADA (which then passed it on to Catlin for analysis) exposed BALCO.
IMHO, I see PBF more likely to take Performance-Enhancing Drugs that Pac. Surely, Catlin will bust the juicers. Catlin further states, that:

even if im back to pacquiao, i will not let him to do blood test without cutoff date especially USADA do the random because it might be a day before or an hour before the fight. thats not fair to pacquiao. pacquiao works hard in training because he want to be good during fight because he to dedicate his to his countrymen and then waste because of the randon blood test. i dont want that to happen.

There's been no demand from Pacman side until this silly Gayweather demand. Pacman should pursue his case against the camps of Mayweather and Dela Hoya and also include even Malignaggi so that truth will come our in fairness to everybody even including the boxing fans!

just as i thought. this fight will never happen. another bs alibi floyd mayflower has in his bag of tricks on how to duck top caliber opponents. when was the last time mayflower fought a boxer who has a chance of beating him. he has never knocked out a natural welter weight in his career. he claims to be the greatest but he has never fought the best welter weight in his division.
The excellent performance of PACMAN over Cotto prompted Mayweather to squeeze in this random blood and urine test. It is not because they believe their stupid minds that PACMAN is on steroids but the strenght, power and speed of MANNY. He is capitalizing on this shoot in the stars strategy to lessen Manny's awesome power come fight night. He is aware of the fact that should he weaken Manny then his speed will be reduced. If Manny will agree to this blood tests then might as well ensure that Floyd is also on this the way he is subjected to it. I bet Floyd will be weaker because he will struggle to make the weight at 147 lbs but PACMAN will just eat his way to be at the welterweight size.

It is not the money that counts, it is the honor and reputation of Manny and the country.. In the Philippines if you rape a young girl, the relatives will surely kill the perpetrator. Similar to the defamation created by the mayweathers against Manny and the country.. $40M is nothing to Manny if the honor and pride of the country is at stake. Mabuhay ka Manny..
