Ever wanted to enjoy a perfectly crafted cold brew in an unusual location, such as the oldest zoo in the United States? Here is your chance. If not, then, perhaps you are now intrigued by the notion?
The Philadelphia Zoo and Rolling Barrel Events have partnered up to host “The Summer Ale Festival”. This unique summer event will feature local sustainable food and the regions finest craft beers. This is a great opportunity for beer fans to take the time to taste, evaluate and discuss the beers directly with their brewers.
This festival will also feature an exciting schedule of educational seminars created and presented by Rolling Barrel. These seminars will provide extra chances to interact with some of Philadelphia’s best craft brewers.
The Summer Ale Festival will take place rain or shine. Tickets include admission, parking, beer and food sampling. Portions of proceeds will benefit the continued education and conservation programs of the Philadelphia Zoo.
