Learn what Feng Shui charms can be used for decorating an office desk for it to attract success, wealth, and prosperity.

Office desk is an integral element of any office environment, whether it is a home office, or a corporate space. As a result of playing such an important role in the everyday work, office desk greatly influences the person’s being successful at work and in business.

The larger your office desk is the better. However, it should not be too large. You should be able to reach all the corners of your desk when sitting. Such a size would symbolize that you are able to reach all the goals you have set.

Make sure to clean the desk regularly, and arrange all the papers after work. A desk cluttered with papers does not attract positive energy, and is considered bad Feng Shui.

Feng Shui charms for an office desk

The Bagua map may be applied to an office desk just like to a house. In such a case the north will be on the side where you sit. South, correspondingly, is in front of you.

  •  South is a good place for a crystal pyramid. It will be symbolizing your desire to develop, and move up.
  • Locate some symbol of prosperity in the upper left corner (south-east is Feng Shui wealth area). It can be any Feng Shui charm that attracts wealth and money. However, a Chinese symbol can be replaced with anything that is associated with money and prosperity for you. Even a piece of golden foil can serve as a representation of wealth.
  • Place a figurine of Ganesha (Ganesh) to the right. A sitting Ganesha with 4 hands and a head of an elephant, is a god of wisdom. It has a wonderful quality of helping in business, and bringing success. Ganesha holds an axe in one of the hands – to cut all bonds, and a rope in another – to pull you toward your goals. Pat it on the trunk, and it will be protecting and patronizing you, attracting positive, and driving away negative events.
  • And, of course, don’t forget to decorate your computer with Chinese coins. Such coins can also be put under the phone, in order for it to bring only good news that lead to wealth.

Being a vital part of any working environment, an office desk can significantly influence the person’s success in business and at work. A correct choice of an office desk will lead to professional growth and development, and, as a result, wealth and prosperity. Use a pyramid, wealth charms, a figurine of Ganesha, and Chinese coins to decorate the office desk. Chosen and decorated correctly, this piece of office furniture will be attracting positivity and success.

Feng shui is very straightforward. It has nothing to do with magic or religion.
Everything is about calculations and the interaction between people and their environment. Anything on top of that are gimmicks created by the so-called masters to increase their appeal to the clients.

The most interesting question is “When did feng shui become a business and an industry?”
As for magic and religion, since feng shui is a very ancient tradition, it has assimilated some features of magic rituals (such as clearing space, for instance) and religious beliefs (figurines of even Indian gods are used as feng shiu charms). Having spread into the western word, the major principles of the wind and water art were simplified in order to suite the simplicity of western living and philosophy as compared to those of the Chinese.
