It's back to school time in Central Minnesota. While many parents will breath a sigh of relief sometimes kids don't always share the same enthusiasm.

Frank Haynes lives in Central Minnesota with his wife, a teenaged daughter and a pre-teen daughter. The region is often referred to as Lake Wobegon Territory because it is where Garrison Keilor lived when he developed the concept for the popular Prairie Home Companion radio program heard on National Public Radio.
