It is my opinion, ill-informed though it may be, that some of the best Vietnamese food in the Metroplex is to be found at Pho 95 at Arkansas and 360 in Arlington. Good quality, good taste, good prices with plenty on the menu in the $6 to $8 range, with $2 to $3 appetizers.
Totally affordable, which is very important these days.
But, don't take your kids.
First of all, there are no kid portions, just a lot of food left over after your little one finishes. And, unless I missed it, no changing table in the restroom. Also, the servers have a way of never coming back to your table.
But the positive spin on being ignored once you have your food is that you didn't bring your kids anyway (because you believe me) which makes eating there kinda like a date with your special someone... and nobody to stop you from playing footsie.
Enjoy!

Hm, might have to try that one...but the husband will have to have his tummy meds for such a meal.
