Beloved Star launch party

On Wednesday July 27th, Beloved Star hosted a NY launch party at the Dream Downtown Hotel in the Meatpacking District. The collection features a variety of colorful, beautifully exotic beachwear and accessories. Priya Scroggins is the founder and designer of this unique collection and Beloved Star is the Sanskrit meaning of her name, Priya Tara. Highlights from her line, which were featured in the runway show that evening, included a sheer black beaded cover-up, a sheer emerald green embroidered cover-up, and a yellow wild print and beaded cover-up. A wide variety of small bites were being served such as tuna tartar cones, mini bruschetta bites, mini turkey meatball burgers, and vegetable skewers with pesto sauce. Grey Goose Vodka sponsored the event and in its honor, beach inspired mixed drinks were being passed around.  Beloved Star purple towels were placed throughout the event space along with a Beloved Star banner at the bottom of the Dream Downtown Hotel pool.
