Katy Perry rocked the stage at the 2010 MTV Malaysian music awards in what can only be described as one of her more interesting stage/prop outfits to date.
Perharps feeling a tad bit nostalgic about possible missed ballerina classes as a little girl, Perry performed her hits in a peculiar skintight, sequined leotard/tutu ensemble. Perry completed her look with a high ponytail circa Madonna in the late 80s and early 90s.
Prior to rocking out at the award show, the quirky fashionista aptly tweeted, "Tonight I look like a russian ballerina with madonna's hair... on crack. Perfect!" We concur.
Her stage prop? A huge banana split. Dessert, anyone?
